Ranch Regulations and Refund Policy
The campground aims to provide a great camping space. Please help maintain the campground by following these guidelines:
1. Campground Environment:
A. Each campsite is unique. Please evaluate if your tent fits the provided site dimensions. All sites are open-air, except for the Pangolin site which has a fixed roof. If you need a canopy, please book in advance. Temporary bookings depend on staff availability, or you can bring your own.
B.To maintain balance with nature and due to the terraced slopes, parents must supervise children to prevent running, especially in areas with height differences. Evaluate the suitability for elderly or mobility-impaired individuals before booking.
C. For safety, arrive before dark to set up camp and familiarize yourself with the site details, ensuring a more enjoyable and safer camping experience.
D. Parking is separate from campsites for better views and safety. A short uphill walk is required from the parking area to the campsites. Only the Wild Boar site is suitable for camper vans. After unloading, please park your vehicle in the designated parking area to keep pathways clear. There are about 15 parking spaces available. Drive slowly and be cautious when reversing. Do not park in non-designated areas for extended periods.
2. Campground Maintenance:
A. Protecting the natural environment is challenging. Do not damage plants or climb trees without a guide. Do not throw gravel or disturb utility lines.
B. Help with waste sorting. Separate general waste, recyclables, and food waste. Thank you.
C. Confirm the tent anchoring method for each site when booking. Use fishbone anchors on wooden deck sites and avoid using tent pegs longer than 30 cm on other sites.
3. Prohibited Activities:
A. The campground is private property, open only for booked experiences and camping. No visitors are allowed except for booked campers. Do not bring unregistered companions.
B. Smoking is prohibited in the forest and campsite areas. Smokers must use the designated area behind the restroom. Do not litter cigarette butts or spit betel nut juice.
C. Do not wash dishes in the bathroom to prevent clogging and odors.
D. Do not use high-load electrical appliances in the campground to avoid power outages and hazards.
E. Do not damage or remove campground items and facilities. Violations will result in compensation and legal action.
F. The Ficus platform, sea-view platform, and Wild Boar pavilion are public areas. Guests can rest and chat here but cannot place personal items. Exclusive use of the sea-view and Ficus platforms is available for full-site bookings. The kitchen and storage areas are work zones and off-limits.
G. Pet owners must bring their own tents and sleeping bags**. Clean up after your pets and keep them leashed to prevent them from getting lost in the forest.
H.Parties, karaoke, mahjong, fireworks, sky lanterns, or other activities that create noise or light effects are not allowed. After 9 PM, keep noise levels low to enjoy the moonrise and stars over the Pacific Ocean, and embrace the trees and sea.
4. Cooking Rules:
A. Ground fires are prohibited. Use fire pits, Dutch ovens, stoves, and cookware on heat-resistant boards, elevated at least 30 cm above the ground. Do not place hot cookware or water directly on the ground. Damages will incur maintenance fees.
B. Cool charcoal ashes before disposing of them in the trash to prevent hazards.
C. A refrigerator is available for food storage. Ensure items are well-packaged and labeled with your name. Remove all items before leaving.
5. Restroom/Shower Facility Rules:
A. Hot water is available from 5 PM in autumn/winter and from 6 PM in spring/summer, switching to electric heaters at night until midnight. For other times, contact via Facebook.
B. The last bathroom near the water heater has shower time limits. Check the door signs.
